How it works.  

1. Identify the member company.

• Select the member company offering the service or product your client is requesting using the "member List" report

• Draft an email to a Central - Connect member email using the "member List" report. Just change the addressee to your selection from the list.

• Coming soon- A REFERRALS database online form and reports..Just point and click.

2. Contact the referred as a revered new client opportunity.

• Report the referral closing status (decision in 5 days), sale, no longer needed, price too high, etc)

3. Central-Connect will contact with the a "Customer Satisfaction"

• "Satisfaction" points are awarded and captured

• "Leaders" are identified by highest ratings

• "Leaders" are approached to convene panels for critical member and business opportunities.
