1. Referral "Satisfaction" reply is awarded satisfaction points

2. Points are collected and documented

3. A pre-defined fee is assessed and "pooled" to further Member programs and technology

4. "Ratings" report will be available in secure member area

5. "Leaders" are identified by highest ratings

6. "Leaders" are approached to convene panels for critical member and business opportunities.
